We believe we achieve this the majority of the time: if we are not getting it right please let us know!

In order to ensure our services remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know of for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with GilfMilf.com, have an issue with a particular model, text, photo, photo gallery, video or anything on GilfMilf.com that might result in a possible issue for you.

Our policy is to review and resolve all reported content complaints within seven (7) business days. In the event there is evidence of illegal content, it will be removed immediately and the Acquirer(s) will be notified of the event.

All electronic/written complaint will be logged. You will receive a written/electronic acknowledgement within seven working days.

You may appeal our decision and file a complaint again, directly with our legal counsel if you are not satisfied with our response. Our goal is to investigate your complaint properly and give you a reply within 7 working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered. Depending on the issue, this may include consulting third parties such as legal counsel and or private third party research, which may take more than 7 working days to resolve.
